European Distributor Support Manager
We require a Distributor Support Manager to oversee the European division of Trio Motion Technology Ltd.
The position involves promoting the sales of Trio products throughout the European Union by the expansion, support, maintenance and monitoring of Trio’s Distributor network.
Based at our UK headquarters in Tewkesbury; travel throughout Europe will be expected.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background in motion control with experience of distributor management and sales. Multilingual ability would also be an advantage in supporting our European distributors.
Scope of work:
- Managing the existing European Distributor network.
- Finding additional distributors to cover new areas in Europe.
- Providing technical advice to help distributors gain new business.
- Improving communications with distributors.
- Providing training courses for distributor engineers and their customers.
- Providing distributor’s engineers with application support.
- Developing web-based and written support information.
- Assisting with Trio distributor conferences.
- Assisting with Trio and distributor exhibitions.
- Acting as a contact for commercial enquiries to Trio.
